This Privacy Policy explains how Ulmeryn Spectacle handles personal information associated with this website, production inquiries and communications about digital entertainment, interactive media, video production, online shows, branded content and virtual events. It applies to website visitors, prospective clients, client representatives, vendors and other people who communicate with us in a business capacity.

This policy concerns information handled through the website and related business communications. A signed production agreement, statement of work or other project document may contain additional privacy, confidentiality or data-handling terms. If a project document imposes stricter requirements for that project, those project-specific requirements will control to the extent of the conflict.

2. Information you may provide

You may choose to provide your name, organization, business email address, telephone number, selected services, oriented budget, brand or social-media URL and a description of the proposed production. You may also provide creative references, production requirements, intended audience, desired formats, preferred delivery period, availability information and other details needed to evaluate a request.

Please do not submit government identification numbers, financial account credentials, health information, private information about performers, or copyrighted material that you are not authorized to share. If a project later requires sensitive or restricted material, the collection and transfer method should be agreed in writing before that material is sent.

3. Current inquiry-form behavior

The custom inquiry forms supplied with this website validate required fields in the visitor's browser and display an on-screen confirmation with a locally generated reference code. In their supplied form, these interfaces do not transmit the entered content to Ulmeryn Spectacle, Shopify, an email address, a webhook or another external service. The fields are cleared after successful validation.

Because no inquiry is transmitted by the supplied interface, a visitor who needs a response should use the displayed business contact information through their own communications service. If the website owner later connects a form processor, Shopify form endpoint, customer account feature, analytics service or other integration, this policy must be reviewed and updated before that functionality is published.

4. Information collected automatically

Shopify and the visitor's browser may process limited technical information needed to deliver a webpage, such as IP address, browser type, device type, language, approximate location, request time, referring page, error information and security signals. The exact technical data depends on the Shopify configuration, hosting environment, installed applications and visitor settings.

The supplied custom theme code does not create its own visitor account, advertising profile or persistent Stage Lights preference. The dark-stage or house-lights appearance changes only for the current page session and is not stored by the supplied code. Server logs or platform security records may still exist independently of this custom interface.

5. Why information may be used

When information is actually received through an authorized business channel, it may be used to review and respond to an inquiry, determine whether a requested production is within scope, prepare an estimate or proposal, schedule a conversation, plan a project, provide contracted services, organize deliverables, maintain project records, prevent misuse, protect legal rights and comply with applicable obligations.

We do not state that a project is accepted merely because information has been submitted. Production work begins only after the scope, price, schedule and other required terms are confirmed through a separate written process.

6. Legal bases and business context

Depending on the applicable jurisdiction and context, information may be handled because you requested steps toward a business engagement, because processing is necessary to perform an agreement, because there is a legitimate business interest in responding to communications and administering services, because consent was requested for a specific activity, or because processing is required by law.

Business contact information about a company representative is used only for relevant professional communications. We do not use the supplied inquiry fields to subscribe a person to unrelated promotional messages.

7. Sharing and service providers

Information may be available to personnel and contractors who need it for legitimate administration or production work and who are expected to handle it appropriately. Information may also be processed by infrastructure, communications, file-transfer, accounting, professional-advisory or production service providers when those services are actually used and only to the extent reasonably necessary.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process or a valid governmental request; to investigate fraud, security incidents or misuse; to protect people, property or legal rights; or in connection with a genuine corporate transaction where appropriate safeguards apply. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. We do not disclose inquiry details for cross-context behavioral advertising through the supplied custom code.

8. Production materials and third-party rights

Project materials may include footage, audio, scripts, brand assets, performer details, location information and distribution instructions. The client is responsible for having authority to provide client-supplied materials and for identifying restrictions that affect their use. Ulmeryn Spectacle will use those materials for evaluation and performance of the requested services, subject to the applicable project agreement.

Public release, portfolio use, credits, raw-file retention and publicity rights should be addressed in the production agreement. Nothing in this Privacy Policy independently grants permission to publish confidential client material or a person's likeness.

9. Retention

Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was received, to administer an active or proposed project, maintain business and accounting records, resolve a dispute, enforce an agreement, satisfy legal requirements or protect security. Different records may have different retention periods.

Unsuccessful or abandoned inquiries may be deleted or anonymized when no continuing business or legal reason requires them. Backups and platform logs may persist for a limited period according to the relevant system's normal retention cycle.

10. Security

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used for information under our control. No online system, device, email service or file-transfer method can be guaranteed completely secure. You should use a suitable channel for the sensitivity of the material and notify us promptly if you believe information has been sent to the wrong recipient or an account has been compromised.
